David Glen Hatch, a four-time Grammy-nominated recording artist, internationally acclaimed pianist, and master teacher of piano, has performed and taught on six continents. Notably, he was a guest artist with the Ukrainian National Symphony in Kiev, celebrating the 100-year anniversary of Vladimir Horowitz's birth. His diverse discography includes works like “Smitten with Britten,” “The World’s Greatest Piano Melodies,” “Let Freedom Ring,” and a 2-CD set release of Concerto No. 1, Johannes Brahms, and Concerto No. 4, Anton Rubinstein, with New Zealand’s Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.
Recognized as one of the Best Teachers in America, Hatch has received numerous awards, including the Master Teacher certificate from MTNA, the “Legacy Award,” and “Teacher of the Year” award from UMTA. His students have excelled in competitions worldwide. Hatch's performances and interviews have been featured on PBS, BBC, and classical radio stations globally. Additionally, he authored the book, Praiseworthy Music and Spiritual Moments, published ten volumes of piano arrangements, and served on the Board of Trustees of the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competitions and Foundation, USA.
