David Len Allen’s setting of “Gentle Jesus, Meek and Mild,” adapted from the beloved hymn text by Charles Wesley, is a sweet and expressive choral work centered on the Savior’s gentleness and love. Warm choral textures flow naturally between the voices and piano, creating a graceful musical dialogue that carries the text with tenderness and clarity.
