A sweet, contemplative Christmas original for SB mixed chorus and piano, In the Quiet of the Night reflects on the humble scene of Christ’s birth through the eyes of those who witnessed His nativity. With tender musical expression, Jackie Frost Halversen captures the wonder of that sacred night and the love surrounding the newborn Savior. A thoughtful addition to a Christmas concert or worship service, this setting is moderately difficult for the choir, with an early advanced piano part.
