This beautiful arrangement begins in the key of D with a peaceful piano introduction, the accompaniment then underscores the soloist and the simple melody with flowing sixteenth notes. The accompaniment then transitions to the key of E flat and supports the moving solo line with a fuller sound as it soars with exquisite embellishment to the higher register, then slows and transitions to the key of E, diminishing to end with a soft flourish.
